  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add husked corn and boil for five minutes. Carefully remove the pot from the heat, put the cooked corn into bowl of ice water. When cooled, cut the corn off of the cob and place into a bowl. (This takes some practice. You want to get most of the corn but avoid cutting too deep and getting the cob!)
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Keep away from little people because they will eat it all before supper.
